Flat was good , located in good silent area. But be ready that you will be extorted to pay 1000 kc for cleaning. We cleaned everything and left this flat exactly in the same way as we got it in the beginning. But in few hours after check out we got sms from flat owner, who told that flat wasnt clean, because we didnt clean windows, dishes were wet ( r u kidding) and etc. And she told that we should send 1000 kc for that on her card.

I had a great stay at Lenka's flat. It was located right in the city center and very clean. Lenka prepared a whole brochure on things to do in Prague. Communication was always very smooth. Fantastic!

Pěkný byt, celkem malý ale celkem pěkně rozdělený, byly jsme tam tři týdny a byl to příjěmný pobyt. Je velmi blízko florenci a tak blízko i do centra.

Nice flat, relatively small but nicely divided. We've spent there three weeks and it was a nice stay. The flat is very close to florenc therefor very close to the center as well.

The place looks exactly like on the photos, it is cozy and homely. Never had the feeling of foreigness. I loved the location! It is near a big shoppingcenter and bus/tram/metro station (10mins walk), but it is located somewhere peaceful. The owner is communicative and helpful when needed. Across the appartement building there is a minimall that is open until 22h-23h, which is great because you don´t have to drag your big packages of food and drinks!
Overall a great place! Made my stay in Prague very pleasant!

It was really a very present stay at the flat.
Flat is fully furnished and equipped with all required house hold/kitchen items.
It has a small balcony and a big football ground at front.
One can move into the flat with just with clothes rest all is there.

S FLATIO jsem velmi spokojený. Ve všech směrech absolutní spolehlivost a vstřícnost. Tento byt byl moc dobře vybavený a s nádherným výhledem. I když se jedná o menší apartmá, tak Vám nic nechybí a moc si to užíváte. Možná postel by mohla být trošku pohodlnější, ale to člověk přijme, protože se jedná o malý, útulný a moc nádherný apartmán! Doporučuji. Hlavně v létě má byt jedinečnou polohu a vůbec se nevypeče, což člověk při velkých vedrech ocení. Děkuji velmi! Děkuji děkuji děkuji!
