Následně si vyberete z dostupné nabídky samostatných pokojů, garsonek či několikapokojových bytů. V detailním popisu u každého bytu se dozvíte veškeré informace o tom, jak je byt vybaven, kde se nachází a jak daleko je to třeba na nejbližší zastávku MHD či do obchodu. Byt si můžete prohlédnout prostřednictvím fotografií nebo virtuální prohlídky. Podpis smlouvy online je samozřejmostí. Osobně si půjdete jen vyzvednout klíče od Vašeho nového domova.

Poplatek za rezervaci je pouhých 500 Kč a servisní poplatek. Navíc nemusíte hradit kauci. Za ubytování pak už platíte pouze nájem po dobu Vašeho pobytu. Nejste tedy omezeni časovým horizontem. Co tedy udělat, aby bylo bydlení co nejdříve Vaše? Kromě samotného výběru bytu vyplňte svůj profil a napište co nejvíce informací o sobě. Pronajímatelé se totiž na základě profilu rozhodují, zda rezervaci bydlení schválí. Po odeslání požadavku na rezervaci má pronajímatel 24 hodin na její schválení. Následně uzavřete smlouvu a zaplatíte první nájem. Pak stačí už jen zabalit batoh či kufr a vyrazit vstříc novému dobrodružství.
